Cel Shading and Mood

A continuation of some very basic tutorials, this week we look at using cel shading to create mood.

    Now I really want to know more about Millie and her monster friends! I’d never considered that she was anything other than a monster hunter. Wait, does that mean her hat’s alive? Is it… is he armor?Does he hook in and communicate with Millie telepathically?

    I blame all that moody lighting for making me interested. Thanks for the awesome tutorial.
