    There’s actually something really empowering to being a burlesque dancer. It gives you permission to stop caring about all the little flaws you see in yourself – the crowd out there cheering in the dark doesn’t give a damn if you have a little bit of tummy flab. I’ve always thought feminism ought to celebrate femininity a little more :)
