Hey look! It’s a guest strip! And it’s in continuity!

Not really. I mean, it is in continuity, but it’s not a guest strip. I didn’t quite have the time to do a comic for Monday last week when I was gearing up for ConnectiCon and I didn’t have the room to pack all my comicking gear. So I did this one panel continuation of the scene from Friday and thought it’d be fun to color it up when I got home. This is what ¥P could look like if I had the time to color every strip. Likey? No likey?

I am dead tired and amazed I’m still awake typing right now. I will do a nice vlog review of the con as soon as my voice recovers. Long story short, I had an amazingly rad time and would be honored to return next year if ConnectiCon so wishes. Thanks to everyone who came out to visit and say hey.

And now, time to hit the pillow with my head.

    Very likey. One only needs to look at your resume to see that you are a tremendous colorist. Obviously it’s a hell of a lot of work and no one wants to see you burn yourself out (this comic is far too awesome to let you do that), but every once in a while? Yeah, it fucking owns.

    Also, I’m a sucker for a redhead. Even more so for a redhead in chaps. Yum.

    i think this is so slick and professional looking, and i would be very happy to see on occasion some full color panels (of course now you have opened pandora’s box and everyone will want to see more)

    Hmm… maybe I could do a thing where people suggests panels to get the color treatment. I could maybe put together a sketchbook type thing? Maybe? Like a 24 page thingy?

    The colors are really clean and the blend between shadows and highlights and the lighting direction is very consistent. Slick.
