So I pretty much cringe whenever I hear “there’s an app for that.” But the idea of a computer program that responds to questions in manager speak makes me giggle like an idiot. If I were a smarty pants smart person, I would have someone code up a manager speak app and brand it with Yellow Peril and sell that shit for $.99 for all the world to enjoy the pedantic nature of manager speak. Unfortunately, I am not a smarty pants smart person. Bleh.

You might not notice the difference because the thing gets scanned and processed before it hits the interwebs, but I used a new brush and ink with this strip. Not sure how I feel about either so I’ll hold off on a full review, but I didn’t hate either. So that’s a good sign.

    So as for the topic it just makes me think of this episode on “the IT crowd” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NKHyqjHqQLU i love it. As for the brush, I don’t notice too much of a difference. The background washes look a little smoother, but I would easily assume that’s just you getting even betterer as you go. So I don’t know. And yes, I said betterer.

    My jargon-fu is pretty strong since I moved up into management. I take the verbal diarrhea that spews forth from the mouths of guys like Steve and make it into something coherent to present to the big boss.

    A guy like Steve wouldn’t last long in my office though. If your throwing redundant words in for the sake of sounding intelligent, I’m going to smell your bullshit before you walk in the door, and have you walking to the unemployment office pretty quick.

    I noticed! It looks a little different. I really love that you keep experimenting with the stuff you do. The raging programmer is priceless, haha. That’s a lot of monitors, too.
