I have to admit, when I first heard about the vinyl toy scene, I thought they were weird sex toys. Cause I guess I’m a big pervert. But I’m a huge fan of the whole urban vinyl, art toy scene. I’d love to do more customs myself. I think I’ll have more time to do some platform toys after SPX when I have a little more time.

been there SO often… ^^
not particularly with vinily toys, but for example with LARP, RPG, Metal/Gothic.
Sometimes people have a very very strange kind of thinking about stuff they don´t know ANYTHING about. -.-
For instance I was, HONESTLY, asked one time if LARP (Live-Action-Role-Playing, for those who don´t know ^^) has something to do with people doing strange rituals and sacrifices in abandoned churches. Oo *WTF* ?

Once again an utter homerun with character expressions ;D Ally’s face in panel 3 is my usual expression for “I’m up to no good”. …Which is 90% of the time, really. XD

ThreeA Toys is a line of vinyl that I can’t say enough good things about. It’s headed by Ashley Wood, (for something more mainstream/relatable he did the art for the MGS Portable games) and puts out some pretty bitchin’ toys.

What I don’t get is Ally’s actual job. Is she communicating with the client and acting as a go-between between them and Kane? Is she just hanging around telling Kane to get on with the work? We haven’t seen her cubicle or even her desk. She told Kane to revamp the design, but that’s about it. We’ve seen a ton of Bodie’s and Kane’s work life, though.

@Anon, Ally is a Project Manager. She’s basically in charge of meeting with clients, setting up a project schedule, acquiring the appropriate assets, that sort of thing. Since we’ve seen a lot from Kane’s perspective, it kind of looks like all she does is tell him what to do. But there’s more to it than that. I am slowly but surely working on rounding everything out.
