Thank you to everyone who participated in this week’s two mini contests. They were a lot of fun to set up and I’m happy that so many of you took the time to figure out who the hell I was drawing.
For the “Metro Hates You Mini Contest,” the big win goes to Mathew Ling who correctly guessed from left to right Black Jack, Astro Boy, Cammy, Hawk, Homer, Rorschache, and Logan. He’s got a Logan sketch coming his way.
And for the “Stuck Mini Contest” we’ve got a tie! Both Kamen Otaku and Wilt Manglicmot guessed all but one correctly. If they pooled their answers, they would have won. But since they were the closest, I’m giving them both a sketch of one of these characters who can be seen squished in the Metro car. In the background from left to right we’ve got Battle Angel Alita, a chick wearing a Gundam jacket (I would have accepted Gundam or RX-78), Kenshiro from Fist of the Northstar, Kamen Rider, Ultraman, Aang, Jubilee, Akuma (aka Gouki), E. Honda, and Power Girl. In the foreground we’ve got Yuko, Ananth, Harry Potter, and Vash the Stampede.
